Sara Duct Financial Auditor is an internal financial and administrative audit system used by Sara Duct International Air Conditioning Co. It is not a public product and is not offered to external customers.
The system connects, read-only, to Sara Duct's own Odoo ERP instance to review accounting and purchasing records (for example: overdue vendor bills, overdue customer receivables, and administrative documents recorded under a shared account). It never creates, modifies, or deletes any record in Odoo.
When it detects a finding that needs review, it sends an email report from the company's dedicated audit mailbox (saraductfinancialauditor@gmail.com) to the relevant internal department manager, with the General Manager copied for visibility. It also reads replies sent back to that same mailbox so a human auditor can follow up on the correspondence.
Sara Duct employees and management only — Accounting, Purchasing, the General Manager, and the CEO, as part of the company's internal financial controls.
The system uses the Gmail API solely for the one dedicated mailbox above, to send audit report emails and read replies to them. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how this data is used.
